Dear Boss,
I got nothing against u but i think you should think in our shoes
and understand how we feel. u should also learn to make your own
decisions instead of taking orders from the higher ups.
as a boss, u should know what is going on and make the right
decision, instead of digging a hole to fill another another hole.
in the end, there'll still be a hole.
when people ask u for help, try to take up the task and help.
instead of throwing it back to us or ask us to refer to someone
else. then like that what's the point of having u around.
